Par contre, ajouter beaucoup de sel et de poivre, sinon ça manque un peu de gout!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4 PORTIONS&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-2 poitrine de poulet (2x240g)&lt;br /&gt;-1L d'eau&lt;br /&gt;-1 oignon coupé en 4 et piqué d'un clou de girofle&lt;br /&gt;-thym,laurier&lt;br /&gt;-1 carotte&lt;br /&gt;-3c. a café de beurre allégé&lt;br /&gt;-3c. a café de farine&lt;br /&gt;-1 boite de champignon de paris (230g)&lt;br /&gt;-1 jaune d'oeuf&lt;br /&gt;-1c. a soupe de crème fraiche 15%mg&lt;br /&gt;-sel et poivre (en bonne qté!)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.Couper le poulet en lanière ou en cube et les mettre dans une casserole. Recouvrir d'eau froide.&lt;br /&gt;2.Ajouter l'oignon, le sel, le poivre, le thym, le laurier et la carotte tranchée en rondelle.&lt;br /&gt;3.Cuire 1h a feu doux. Réserver.&lt;br /&gt;4. filtrer le jus de cuisson.&lt;br /&gt;5.Faire fondre le beurre dans la casserole nettoyée et ajouter la farine sans cesser de remuer.&lt;br /&gt;6.Hors du feu, ajouter petit a petit le jus de cuisson pour obtenir une préparation semi épaisse et onctueuse.&lt;br /&gt;7.Ajouter le poulet et les légumes égouttés.&lt;br /&gt;8.Remettre sur le feu pendant 2 min pour reprendre un bouillon. J'en mange lorsque j'ai des rages de sucre. C'est très sucré et très difficile de se retenir en plus d'être trop simple a faire!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-1/2t lait&lt;br /&gt;-1/2t beurre ou margarine&lt;br /&gt;-1/3t poudre de cacao&lt;br /&gt;-2t sucre&lt;br /&gt;-3t flocons d'avoine&lt;br /&gt;-1 1/2t noix de coco rapée (moi je n'en ai jamais mis...)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Dans une grande casserole, mélanger au fouet le lait, le beurre la poudre de cacao et le sucre. Porter a ébullition et retirer du feu.&lt;br /&gt;2. Ajouter les flocons d'avoine (et la noix de coco si vs en mettez).&lt;br /&gt;3. Étendre la moutarde sur le tortilla. Ajouter le jambon, les pommes puis le fromage. Refermer le tortilla a l'aide d'un cure-dent.&lt;br /&gt;2. Ma mère et ma gardienne avait l'habitude d'en faire et j'en raffolait. Je ne me souviens plus de notre recette, par contre, j'en ai trouvé une autre et elle y ressemble fortement. Ce dessert, mangé en quantité raisonnable, est très santé et peu calorique si l'on prend tous les ingrédients faible en gras/calories/sucre!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-1 recette de chapelure de biscuit graham (les indication sont sur la boîte) ou 15 biscuit graham P'TITE ABEILLE&lt;br /&gt;-1t de lait écrémé froid&lt;br /&gt;-1 pqt de pouding instantané a la vanille&lt;br /&gt;-1 1/2t d'ananas frais en morceaux, égouttés, ou 1 boîte (398 ml/14 oz liq.) d'ananas en &lt;strong&gt;petits&lt;/strong&gt; morceaux&lt;br /&gt;-3/4t de yogourt nature faible en gras&lt;br /&gt;-1t de garniture fouettée COOL WHIP, dégelée&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Couvrir le fond d'un moule 9x13 des biscuits ou de la préparation graham.&lt;br /&gt;2. Battre au fouet le lait et le pouding.&lt;br /&gt;3. Ajouter les ananas et le yogourt au mélange de pouding.&lt;br /&gt;4. Verser sur les biscuit/préparation et recouvrir de la garniture fouettée. Mais il ne bat pas la fameuse bagatelle a l'érable!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-3t de lait froid&lt;br /&gt;-2 pqt de pouding instantané au choclat&lt;br /&gt;-2 1/2 t de garniture fouettée COOL WHIP, dégelée&lt;br /&gt;-1 base de brownies cuite, refroidie, et coupée en cubes de 1po&lt;br /&gt;-2t de fraises ou de framboises&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Battre au fouet le lait et les préparations de pouding jusqu'a ce que tout soit bien mélangé.&lt;br /&gt;2. Incorporez délicatement 1 tasse de garniture fouettée.&lt;br /&gt;3. Dans un bol de service de 2 litre, déposer le tiers des cubes de brownies. Ajouter le tiers du mélange dew pouding, le tiers de garniture fouettée qu'il reste et le tiers des fruits. Répéter 2 autres fois. Préparer les brochette en alternant avec les légumes et le poulet.&lt;br /&gt;2. Mélanger la sauce BBQ et le jus, puis, a l'aide d'un pinceau, badigeonner les brochettes.&lt;br /&gt;3. Grâce aux légumineuse qui remplace la viande, ce chili se sert comme plat principal un midi d'été! Tout le monde a adoré.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;POUR ENVIRON 3 PERSONNES&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-1 petit oignon haché&lt;br /&gt;-1 conserve de haricots noirs (j'ai pris des mélangés)&lt;br /&gt;-1 conserve de tomates étuvées&lt;br /&gt;-1/2 conserve de mais en grains&lt;br /&gt;-un peu d'huile d'olive&lt;br /&gt;-une pincée de piments forts broyés&lt;br /&gt;-sel et poivre&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Faire revenir, dans une grand poêle, l'oignon et les piments forts broyés avec une cuiller d'huile d'olive.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Ajouter les haricots, les tomates et le mais. Laisser mijoter quelques minutes pour réchauffer le tout.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3.
